Welcome to the eHDF Newsletter

16th Edition

Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,

Welcome to the 16th edition of the eHDF newsletter.

2017 was an extremely busy year at eHDF: We expanded our portfolio of Managed Security Services to include SIEM, Real Time Threat Monitoring (RTTM), Remote Managed Security Services, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), PCI Security Services and Incident Response (IR). We also launched a Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) based in Dubai Internet City to add a new dimension to Managed Security Services. We made substantial investments in our T3 Data Centre which means higher resilience and improved security and access control.

Following the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance certification earlier this year, we recently added the Certificate of Achievement (CREST Maturity Model) for our Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) / Security Operation Centre (SOC).

Despite challenging market conditions in 2017, we witnessed an increase in our customer base and deployed several new important projects which positively impacted our customer’s IT operations and cost optimization. Going forward, our plan is to further invest in upgrading our products and services and make further enhancements to our Security portfolio and Cloud offerings.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support in 2017 and wish you the very best for 2018 and beyond.

Cordially,

Yasser Zeineldin

CEO, eHDF
